Position: Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Coordination with Translators & Project Managers for successful execution of translation projects.
Oversee end-to-end translation workflow using our translation management tools and systems.
Collaborate with teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions.
Ensure all projects are going through our proper review process and QA to ensure errors are found prior to client release.
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure it meets the project’s standards.


Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the Company, as well as with overseas contacts.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAT tools as well as cloud based platform.
Experienced in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/projects in tight timeframes while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Ability to work under pressure along with strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 3 years of prior translation project management experience.
